These Terms & Conditions govern your use of effina.co and any purchases made through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Effina is an independent art and handmade goods store operated from Kuwait and ships worldwide.
1. Our Store
Effina offers original artwork, art prints, handmade creations, and other products created or selected for sale through our store.
Because much of our work is handmade, produced in small quantities, or based on original artwork, individual pieces may have slight variations. These differences are part of the nature of handmade and artistic work and are not necessarily considered defects.
We reserve the right to add, modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to represent our products, artwork, colors, materials, dimensions, and other details as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, display settings, or lighting conditions. Handmade products may also have natural variations in appearance, texture, shape, size, or finish.
Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and other information carefully before purchasing.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected at checkout.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we are required to accept or fulfill it.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product availability errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error and applicable law permits correction.
Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods made available at checkout.
Depending on your location and payment provider, your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion, international transaction, or other fees. These charges are outside of our control.
5. Shipping
Effina operates from Kuwait and ships worldwide to destinations available at checkout.
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International shipments may experience delays due to customs, postal services, carriers, weather, local conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Please contact effinahyatt@gmail.com as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price charged by Effina.
Customs policies vary between countries, and we cannot predict whether additional charges will apply.
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their country.
7. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
All sales are considered final except where an item arrives damaged or defective, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Our separate Refund & Return Policy explains our procedures for damaged or defective items, refunds, cancellations, lost packages, and related issues.
By purchasing from Effina, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund & Return Policy applicable to your order, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Intellectual Property & Artwork
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, sculptures, patterns, products, written content, branding, logos, and other creative material displayed on or sold through Effina remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing an original artwork, print, handmade piece, or other product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical item you purchased, where applicable. It does not give you the right to reproduce, copy, scan, photograph for commercial reproduction, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, manufacture products using, or otherwise commercially exploit the artwork or design.
Effina artwork and designs may not be used for merchandise, advertising, branding, resale reproductions, NFTs, digital products, commercial projects, or other commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Images of our artwork or products may not be used to create reproductions or competing products.

The content of this website is provided for general information and shopping purposes.
You may browse the website and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, distribute, exploit, or commercially use substantial portions of the website or its content without permission, except where permitted by law.
